The team coaching process is customized to meet your needs and is designed for sustainability.  Team coaching allows teams to acknowledge their strengths and weaknesses, to increase positivity and productivity, and to trust each other enough to have effective conflict.  Teams come in many shapes and sizes and one team that often gets overlooked is the team partnership; yes, a team of two!  This could be a manager and assistant manager, directors of separate areas who must work together, or a business partnership.

I have received specialized training from the Center for Right Relationship (CRR) in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching. This is a groundbreaking model for coaching relationship systems (teams of two or more) in organizations and groups.  This approach draws from the best of co-active coaching, psychology, emotional intelligence, systems theory, organizational development, and process work, to develop the ability to create and maintain conscious and intentional relationship or "Right Relationship".

The tools I have at my disposal are designed to create awareness, encourage alignment, and foster effective communication.  The team coaching process includes a team assessment completed individually and confidentially by each member of the team followed by one to two days of group activities and exercises.  This unique and effective group work allows the members of your team to connect, build trust, and create an action plan while increasing the positivity of the team or "system".  After the full day work, your team will participate in monthly team coaching sessions designed to support the group learning and check in on the progress of the action plan.  At the end of the coaching contract we will get together for another full day session to lock in all the work we have done together, celebrate the team's successes, and create a plan for sustainability moving forward.
