Fees & Logistics

The first session is on me - regardless if you're looking for individual coaching, leadership development or coaching for your team. Let's meet to discuss your needs, determine if we're a good fit and take it from there.

Individual Coaching
My individual coaching fees are $75 per 30 minute session or $300.00 per month (+ HST). Coaching packages are also available (click on "Pay Safely Now" for details). My fees are in Canadian dollars and are due in advance by the 1^st of each month (partial months will be pro-rated). I recommend working together on a weekly basis for 30 minutes per session, but I am flexible and will work with you and your schedule.

Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching packages are customized to meet your needs and include set-up, administration and delivery of the 360 assessment, a two-hour debriefing session and follow-up coaching sessions.

Team Coaching
Team coaching contracts are customized to your unique circumstances. Please contact me to set up a consultation so we can discuss your needs and I can prepare a proposal based on those needs.
